Which devices does it work on?
Any modern phone, tablet or computer — iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac. There’s nothing to download from an app store: it runs in your browser and installs to your home screen.
Does it really work offline?
Yes. Once it’s installed it works anywhere — basements, plant rooms, sites with no signal. Reports and labels are generated on the device itself.
Where is my data stored?
On your device, and nowhere else. No account, no cloud, nothing sent to us — your test records are yours.
What does it cost?
Nothing — it’s included with every TTS PAT course and free for life afterwards. Similar apps charge a monthly subscription.
How do the printed labels work?
The app prints to a pocket Brother label printer over the printer’s own WiFi — no venue internet needed. Our matched printer, laminated tape and complete kit are in the PAT shop (sold separately).
I’ve already done a TTS course — can I have it?
Yes — and if you trained with us in the last 3 years (your certificate’s validity period), access is automatic: register in the app with the name you trained under and your PIN arrives by email straight away. Trained longer ago? Register anyway — we’ll check our records and email your PIN, usually the same day.
